EcoStruxure is Schneider Electric’s IoT-enabled, plug-and-play, open, interoperable architecture, and platform. The platform enables embedded connectivity and intelligence, using standards-based communication protocols and the ability for intelligent devices to perform native analytics for control decisions. By using advancements in IoT, mobility, sensing, cloud, analytics, and cybersecurity, EcoStruxure enables enhanced safety, reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and connectivity in one’s business.

Balaji Switchgears, Pvt ltd (BSPL), one of the leading technology partners & leading distributor of Schneider Electric’s products, has supplied EcoStruxure at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) at their Palampur site. The objective was to save engineering time through intuitive machine programming, one of the most modern and powerful tool-based software concepts available in the market.

 

 

CSIR team required an online system for Monitoring & Controlling Green House Environment, Data Transfer through LAN, and Monitoring through a Machine Advisor; Cloud Access including Temperature, Humidity, and Photoperiodic Monitoring System.
 
As per the client’s requirements & specifications, BSPL successfully executed the work diligently. It developed the PLC & HMI program for smooth Operation and Controlling the Plant. Additionally, ‘Web Server’ & IOT based Machine Advisor was installed for monitoring the systems without interruption.
 
Thus, in a nutshell, BSPL provided a complete solution for the Controlling and Monitoring of Polyhouse.
